About this website

This website provides general information about asbestos surveys and removal in England and helps you contact independent surveyors and contractors. It is not legal, health or technical advice about your building.

Referral service

Commercial Asbestos Survey is a referral service. Surveys, sampling and removal are carried out by independent third parties, and any contract is between you and them. We are not responsible for the work of any surveyor or contractor, and we make no warranty about their qualifications. You should check the accreditation, licence, training and insurance of anyone you instruct.

Information on this site

We try to keep the information accurate, but regulations and guidance change. Check current HSE guidance before relying on anything here. Photographs submitted through the form are used only to help scope your enquiry, and cannot be used to identify asbestos.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the general information on this website.
